Human Resource Manager

The successful candidate will take on the following responsibilities and tasks:


Implement HR policies & procedures
Recruitment, Staff training and Capacity building
Provide efficient and competent HR and Administrative support
Payroll Administration,
Qualifications and Competencies:

University degree in Human Resource cr Higher Diploma in Human Resource/ Personnel Management:
At least 8 years experience as HRM in a reputable institution:
Must be knowledgeable in labor laws and be computer literate;
Excellent organizational and communication skills;
Have good inter personal, persuasion and negotiation skiils;
Be a strong team player
